  • Design and Implement Enterprise-Level Solutions: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to design, implement, and oversee the management of enterprise-level solutions that leverage Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for efficient and secure device management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Comprehensive Solution Design: Design and architect comprehensive solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM to meet the client's device management needs.
  • MDM Expertise: Knowledge and understanding of other Multiple Device Management Solutions (MDM) solutions like Workspace one, Jamf, and Manage Engine.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Intune and/or SCCM, ensuring integration with existing systems and infrastructure for clients and partners in remote environments.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation for Intune and SCCM deployments.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to resources both internal and external, ensuring best practices are followed in the management of devices, configurations, and applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Intune and SCCM environments with an expert understanding of the technologies and how they impact environments.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Intune, SCCM, and related technologies, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
  • Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal and external resources on Intune and SCCM functionalities and best practices.
  • Windows Upgrade Experience: Hands-on experience with windows upgrade process having focus on 10 to 11 upgrade paths.
  • Effective Communication: The ability to clearly communicate personal experience and support information with technical and non-technical persons and the charisma to engage and educate users on all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience: Extensive experience implementing and troubleshooting Device management Platforms.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Architect or similar role with a focus on Microsoft Intune and SCCM. 10 years plus for SCCM and 5 year plus for Intune.
  • Intune and SCCM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Intune and SCCM, including large-scale deployment, configuration, imaging, and management.
  • Enterprise Device Management: Strong understanding of enterprise device management, security, and compliance.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • MDM Platforms: Operational knowledge of Workspace one, Manage engine, Jamf, Tanium, or other platforms preferred.
  • Azure/Entra Security: Understanding of Microsoft Azure/Entra in the security space (Defender, Conditional Access, Identity Governance).
