Job Title: Enterprise Software Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to design, build, and configure complex business applications using SAP Basis Administration expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding junior team members, resolving technical challenges, and optimizing application performance and system health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team collaboration for effective project execution.
  • Take responsibility for team-level decisions and project outcomes.
  • Work closely with multiple teams and contribute to high-impact decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application landscape.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift overall team skills.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Continuously seek improvement opportunities in system performance and usability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration (minimum 5 years).
  • Deep understanding of system configuration and performance tuning.
  • Solid experience with database management and optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on knowledge of application lifecycle management tools.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to large-scale SAP landscapes and enterprise environments.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers or administrators.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or hybrid SAP environments.
