Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced L2 Enterprise Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Cisco Routing & Switching, Software Defined Access (SDA), Wireless Solutions, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and DNA Center. This role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise-level network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform L2-level troubleshooting and support for enterprise network issues.
  • Manage and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Software Defined Access (SDA) and DNA Center solutions.
  • Support and manage enterprise Wireless LAN infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain Cisco ISE for network access control and security.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively resolve potential issues.
  • Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and project Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and change logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst/Nexus series).
  • Proven experience with SDA, DNA Center, and Wireless LAN controllers.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE for authentication and policy enforcement.
  • Understanding of network protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLAN, STP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • CCNA/CCNP (Enterprise) certification preferred.
