Key Responsibilities:

  • Tackle and resolve complex WordPress & WooCommerce issues with precision and care.
  • Communicate clearly and patiently with customers via tickets, email, and live chat.
  • Identify recurring problems and share insights with the development team to enhance products.
  • Ensure plugin documentation is up-to-date and reflects new features.
  • Manage support tickets in FreeScout (or similar tool) and collaborate on GitHub.
  • Stay current with our latest product releases.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level WordPress knowledge, including troubleshooting, debugging, database management, and plugins.
  • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce.
