
Office Operations Specialist

About the Role- Coordinate building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport vendors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Administer General Affairs contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and service key performance indicators to drive cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) basics in coordination with safety teams to ensure compliance.
- Manage office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and identification badges to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist with corporate social responsibility events and internal activities as assigned to promote teamwork and engagement.
- Produce regular reports and compliance documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree; experience in facilities services administration is highly desirable.
- Strong vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills to drive results.
- Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting to provide transparency.
