Hotel Reservations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Reservations Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing reservations across various channels, ensuring seamless guest communication and optimal room occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations across online travel agencies, direct bookings, and offline channels to ensure effective guest communication and maximum room occupancy.
  • Handle guest interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, maintaining a professional tone and providing accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on property management systems and online travel agency extranets, verifying property listings and rates as necessary.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures, email templates, and booking process documents to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Closely coordinate with property managers to facilitate smooth check-ins and special requests, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of online travel agency extranets, including Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and rate management practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
