We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily operations of a premium women's wear fashion lifestyle store. This includes overseeing tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service. They should be confident salespeople who can share best practices with new employees.

  • Manage store operations to ensure sales goals are met
  • Understand customers' styling needs and assist in selecting perfect outfits
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets for the store
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest fashion trends and products
  • Manage inventory and visual merchandising (VM)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience managing a premium fashion lifestyle store
  • Fluency in Malayalam and English
  • A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and engage customers
  • Possession of a passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
