You will lead the recruitment journey for our clients with strategic insight and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.• Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and drivers, ensuring resource strategies are aligned and forecasting is accurate.• Manage the onsite team to consistently meet internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs.• Develop processes and procedures; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.• Own meeting customer satisfaction targets.• Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with leadership on expansion strategies.

  • Operations Management

• Analyze service quality and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement in both quality and productivity.• Maintain a strong external network to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends.• Resolve escalated commercial or contractual issues in line with company policy.

  • People Management

• Lead the recruitment and induction of new team members to ensure delivery capabilities are met.• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.• Assess and address the training needs of your team to support personal development plans.• Conduct regular team meetings to promote teamwork, set priorities, and share updates.• Provide regular and constructive feedback to all team members.

The ideal candidate has 10-12+ years of experience in technology hiring and 3-5+ years in program management or team leadership. Key skills include consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring, as well as experience with process improvement, project management, and commercial acumen.
