Inbound Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound IB Incharge to oversee the end-to-end inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate receiving of goods, monitoring inventory accuracy, and supervising warehouse associates/labor.
This role is responsible for maintaining system accuracy, monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.
About the Role:
- Manage inbound operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Monitor inventory levels and accuracy to ensure efficient stock management
- Supervise warehouse associates/labor to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Maintain system accuracy and monitor SLA and KPI compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
- Proven track record of managing inbound operations and achieving efficiency improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
