**Job Role:** Operations Associate

This key role is responsible for driving the conversion process, fostering customer interaction, and providing market expertise.

The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills who can effectively engage with inbound leads and guide them through the booking process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conversion Leadership: Proactively interact with inbound leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand students' unique requirements to provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Market Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.

Requirements include:

  • Verbal and Written Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Active Listening: Strong active listening skills.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Objection Handling: Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
