Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily shift operations, including administrative tasks and associate management.
  2. Ensure shift quality and implement action plans as needed.
  3. Develop and implement training programs for associates.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.

Previous experience with Amazon's Floor Monitoring system is highly desirable.
