Job Title: Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to work on a broad range of technologies impacting back-end infrastructure and operational capabilities.

In this position, you will work in conjunction with development teams on production operations to deploy new products and manage infrastructure, associated processes, and systems. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing production software issues, developing tools, automations, and monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing fixes for internally developed code, updating, tracking, and resolving technical challenges.

You will also be responsible for providing support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, covering multiple products, features, and services. You will work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Java, Python, or shell scripts, and develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.

  • Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
  • Developing tools to aid operations and maintenance.

  • Ownership of one or more Digital products or components.
  • Customer notification and workflow coordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreements.
  • Working with the support team for handing-off or taking over active support issues and creating a team-specific knowledge base and skill set.
