Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.


The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. They will possess strong domain knowledge and be able to collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment efficiently without error or deviation, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet shift targets.
  • Provide suggestions for optimizing production processes to manufacture high-quality products.
  • Execute and update online documentation to meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
  • Deliver training to workmen and ensure compliance with GMP and safety guidelines in the production process.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Pharmacy or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong domain knowledge and experience in a manufacturing organization.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others.
