Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our syndicated loan market offering. This includes onboarding new clients, setting up accounts across multiple platforms, and providing support to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Set up accounts and user profiles across multiple platforms
• Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Analyze data and identify trends to optimize operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
