We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee the banqueting and catering services in our Jaipur property.

This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, who can plan, execute, and manage daily operations for all banquet and catering functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver exceptional events – corporate, social, and weddings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B; recruit, train, and manage departmental staff.
  • Plan and execute standard operating procedures for seamless event logistics, from setup through execution and close-out.
  • Analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
  • Maintain quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, décor, AV, and event needs.
  • Develop budgets and drive efficiencies for maximum profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
