As a seasoned Technology Project Manager, you will spearhead the development and delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.


\

Your key responsibilities will include:

\
  • Defining project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI and RPA solutions.\
  • Building and maintaining detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.\
  • Driving discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation opportunities.\
  • Partnering with solution architects to select models, prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.\
  • Overseeing development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.\
  • Championing secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.\
  • Establishing KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and delivering regular executive dashboards.\
  • Managing vendor contracts, Statements of Work (SoWs), and budgets.\
  • Mentoring scrum teams, conducting sprint retrospectives, and driving continuous improvement with OKR tracking.\
  • Coordinating change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts.

Requirements:

\
  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.\
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.\
  • Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.\
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; experience with Jira and Confluence.\
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.\
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.\
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

\
  • Prior work with agent frameworks or autonomous RPA orchestration.\
  • Knowledge of process-mining tools.\
  • Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or SAFe POPM.\
  • Exposure to generative design patterns, reinforcement learning-from-feedback, and prompt-chain optimization.\
  • Experience in regulated domains with relevant compliance standards.
