Job Description

As a seasoned delivery expert, you will oversee the execution of internal projects across multiple departments. Your primary responsibility will be to lead planning, execution, and delivery of these initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.

You will be responsible for driving RFI/RFP processes, utilizing appropriate project management tools, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Achieving smooth project execution, delivering results aligned with organizational goals, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and project teams are crucial aspects of this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing multiple internal projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and budget management
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources effectively
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Utilize appropriate project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure on-time delivery
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred
  • Prior experience in ERP implementation projects will be an added advantage
