Technical Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects within the banking domain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Develop and present comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is advantageous.
