Lead Manufacturing Operations

Seeking an experienced Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facilities. This role involves managing all manufacturing-related activities, including on-time shipments, quality control, and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of professionals with strong business acumen and expertise in IE/Planning and LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve manufacturing processes and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 28-33 years of experience in the apparel/clothing/garment manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of IE/Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • International work experience at similar level/position preferred.
