Job Title: Account Delivery Head

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the delivery of our account management services. As an Account Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our account management team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

  • Manage overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with Vendor Account Managers.
  • Identify and resolve service delivery issues promptly, implementing preventative measures as needed.
  • Transition management during setup or expansion phases to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish the necessary infrastructure to support our services, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
  • Provide exceptional leadership, mentorship, and career development to your team members, fostering a culture of employee engagement and low attrition.
  • Promote continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains within Operations teams.
  • Escalate business risks to clients in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients to ensure seamless process management.

Critical Skills Required:

  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • A proven track record of leading large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong level of English, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to design effective business operations, tackle complex problems, and develop individual team members.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • University Graduate or above.
  • 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, with a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales.
