About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and intellectually curious professional to lead our technical accounting efforts. As a senior manager, you will have the opportunity to work on complex technical accounting and financial reporting issues, as well as finance software implementation and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical accounting projects for clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, generating additional engagement opportunities through excellent quality, timely execution, and strategic approach to service delivery.
  • Collaborate with directors or engagement partners as needed to identify, analyze, and conclude on generally accepted accounting principles for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in public accounting and industry, with a strong background in US GAAP and IFRS. They should possess excellent technical accounting knowledge, including FASB and SEC rules and regulations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to motivate engagement teams to deliver high-quality work.
