We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Exbo Group/Kena International.

Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in all stages of the acquisition diligence transaction lifecycle, providing key financial insights and contributing to the growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the target's earnings and cash-flow quality, analyzing the quality of assets and liabilities being acquired or assumed.
  • Evaluate and project the quality of working capital at the time of deal close.
  • Reclassify key accounts to restate financials on a U.S. GAAP basis.
  • Proactively pursue business issues impacting the general ledger and communicate resolution to clients.

We expect our ideal candidate to have a strong accounting background, leverage their current skill set to work closely with internal teams and external clients, and execute comprehensive financial analyses of potential acquisition targets. The successful candidate will be a persistent self-starter who excels in diverse environments, is meticulous about details, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA/CPA certification
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in audit or assurance work at a leading accounting firm
  • Deep understanding of 3 core financial statements and journal entries associated with ongoing monthly operations
  • Fluent in MS Excel with data manipulation and presentation skills
  • Ability to utilize and learn software and technology, such as Google Scripts, VBA, Python, Tableau, and/or Alteryx
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to advise diverse clients
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, prioritizing and multitasking effectively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to solve complex problems

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model that balances remote work with in-person collaboration from our office.
