Transaction Banking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Banking Specialist to oversee the end-to-end conversion of individual transactions from various clients across different bank limits. This involves ensuring that transactions are carried out seamlessly within the scheduled timeframe and budget.

The role requires periodic updates to seniors/management personnel and clients on prospective transaction-related changes and/or deviations. To succeed in this position, you must have a comprehensive understanding of products, processes, and be able to proactively identify and resolve transactional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact closely with users on the client side to post bills/invoices on the platform.
  • Guide buyers and MSME suppliers on the procedure and documentation required to upload and accept bills/invoices, with most communication happening over mail/phone.
  • Analyze requests for changes in transaction documents/process flow and consult with management to deny or approve proposed changes.
  • Estimate, project, and prepare plans for discounting of bills/invoices on a daily basis.
  • Create transactional plans and documents outlining expectations, scope, schedule, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and suitable bids from Banks/financers.
  • Coordinate with users at the client end, our team members, and Banking teams to get bids placed by financers accepted by clients.
  • Keep all parties involved with the transaction updated on its progress by producing and maintaining summary reports for scheduled and completed transactions.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You must have experience in working on digital platforms and be solution-oriented.
