Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for financial due diligence? Do you have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Transaction Services Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of transaction services, financial due diligence, and audit/audit firms. The successful candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in this field and will be able to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial due diligence engagements and identify key transaction issues
  • Prepare high-quality reports and review sections compiled by junior team members
  • Manage smaller assignments independently or assist on larger ones under Partner supervision
  • Build credibility with clients and represent Transaction Services in deal discussions
  • Maintain professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities
  • Support proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives
  • Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to junior staff
  • Ensure risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to work under pressure, travel domestically and internationally, and lead teams to engage with clients.

Requirements
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)
