Job Description:

We combine services such as housekeeping, maintenance, food & nutrition management, grocery resupply, laundry management, and provide a dedicated professional to assist with any miscellaneous home requests, from decorating to planning details of the next holiday.

Our business model consists of three fundamental aspects: Home Enhancement, Trained Professionals, and Technology.

The Home Enhancement Specialist is armed with professional attention, prompt service, strict quality controls, and effective anticipation of needs. They are trained to understand each family's unique requirements and design solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities of a Home Enhancement Specialist

  • Customer Onboarding: Understand customer context, explain how Pinch can ease their life, and onboard them seamlessly onto our ecosystem of services.
  • Solution Deployment: Define interventions needed to fulfill customer requirements, deploy domestic helps, and assign errands to Operations Associates.
  • Partner Management: Work with partner ecosystem to deploy solutions at customer households, onboard local partners, and oversee quality of work.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Ease customers into the Pinch journey across pain, convenience, pleasure, delight, and transformation stages.
  • Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: Determine customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and iterate solution design to enhance customer service.

We're looking for candidates with hospitality backgrounds, passion for our cause, excitement about working in a start-up, self-motivation, growth mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask and handle pressure and failure. Bachelor's degree in hospitality is preferred.
