Collateral Designer Position

We are a dynamic hospitality organization seeking an exceptional graphic designer who can effectively translate our brand vision into striking visual assets.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating engaging outlet collaterals, menus, packaging, signage, and event creatives while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design comprehensive outlet branding materials including menu cards, posters, wall graphics, packaging, and signage.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Develop fresh design concepts that meet business objectives while ensuring print-readiness and digital compatibility.
  • Proactively coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to guarantee high-quality outputs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design for F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and knowledge of Canva or After Effects is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory principles.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with vendors.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (collaterals, branding, menus, packaging).
