Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented visual communications specialist to join our team. As a creative and detail-oriented professional, you will bring innovative ideas to life through captivating designs that engage audiences across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and marketing campaigns. They will also be skilled in designing brand collaterals such as logos, brochures, banners, ads, and other creatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging. You will maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

You will manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and adapt designs based on feedback and optimize for different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Graphics for Digital and Print Platforms: Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create Brand Collaterals: Develop logos, brochures, banners, ads, and other creatives that reflect the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure visual elements align with messaging.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across all design outputs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
