Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging and effective designs for product packaging, branding, and campaign work.

  • Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and presentations that appeal to children and parents.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, production, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling content for various campaigns.
  • Develop and adapt assets for digital and print platforms while maintaining visual and branding consistency.
  • Evaluate regulatory standards relevant to food products for children and ensure all packaging and marketing designs comply.
  • Manage multiple design projects and coordinate deadlines effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with graphic design, children's media, and FMCG trends.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer (FMCG or food sector experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW), animation, and video editing.
  • Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and child-friendly design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and time management.
