Strategic Business Operations Specialist

Seeking an Experienced Professional to Drive Business Growth and Ensure Operational Stability
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring stable operations as part of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Departmental Financial Performance: Assess departmental financial performance against projected targets to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Analyze research material and develop financial models to recommend new initiatives or improvements.
- Presentation and Strategy Development: Present findings to Senior Management and support the development of business strategies.
You will work closely with existing and future stakeholders, providing support on an ad-hoc basis, including business trip logistics and meeting arrangements. Additionally, you will act as a role model to team members and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
The successful candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is required, and knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and systems is advantageous.
