Dynamic Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Dynamic Business Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about business operations and has a passion for driving growth.

The role will involve working closely with our founders on cross-functional initiatives, requiring the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. As a generalist business professional, you will be responsible for solving high-impact problems that don't have clear owners, bringing clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with Sales on initiatives to maximize revenue, working closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs, and designing and maintaining key business metrics and dashboards. You will also be responsible for driving revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Love all things business and sales, and be comfortable getting hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Context-switch between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth.
  • Operate effectively in disorder and be adaptable to changing circumstances.

This is a true generalist business role that involves working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives. It's an intense, always-on, high-impact role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, operational expertise, and interpersonal skills.
