Senior Business Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a skilled team to drive business efficiency within a dynamic environment.
- Evaluate and address business needs, developing solutions to enhance our operational processes.
- Document requirements from multiple stakeholders, creating comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing system evaluation and communication support.
- Contribute to project delivery and process optimization, ensuring successful project execution.
- Identify and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and opportunities for improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst is required.
- Change management experience is preferred.
- Project management skills are highly valued.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is an asset.
- Excellent listening, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus-building, and issue resolution skills are necessary.
- Able to present ideas in clear, user-friendly language.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure seamless system integration and effective communication with stakeholders.
