Job Title: Oracle Demantra Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules.

  • Lead the development and deployment of Oracle Demantra solutions, including Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  2. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  3. Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  4. Support integration with other ERP modules.
  5. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
