Learning and Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to spearhead the design, planning, and execution of impactful L&D initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on building learning programs that drive performance and competency development, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Create and implement strategic L&D plans aligned with business unit and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and deliver tailored learning solutions that meet employee needs.
  • Facilitate classroom sessions and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with business units and leaders to co-create learning programs that meet their needs.
  • Develop high-quality learning content, deliver interventions, and evaluate their impact.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and functional leaders to develop talent development solutions.
  • Support performance management and competency management initiatives by providing expertise and guidance.
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement of stakeholders in L&D programs through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure seamless delivery of training solutions, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
  • Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance learning effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on L&D metrics, trends, and outcomes to inform future strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs that achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences in both physical and virtual environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks, with experience in applying them in real-world settings.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and best practices in L&D.
