Job Title: Chief Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of senior executives, prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity.
  • Manage complex schedules, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for communication between senior executives and various departments.
  • Handle all correspondence, emails, calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of senior executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for both internal and external purposes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Provide administrative support to special projects led by senior executives.
  • Gather relevant data and prepare necessary materials for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the office, ensuring seamless communication with various departments.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administration or a related field.
