Job Opportunity: Territory Manager

Territory Manager Role Overview

The successful candidate will drive sales and business growth in the assigned region by promoting dental implants, prosthesis, and ancillary products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute sales calls with potential and existing clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Secure daily appointments with prospects and schedule follow-up meetings to nurture business opportunities.
  • Drive sales of dental implants, prosthesis, and related ancillary products in the designated territory.
  • Organize and deliver technology presentations, seminars, and meetings to create awareness and generate business.
  • Maintain an updated database for each current account and potential account to support sales growth.
  • Ensure timely submission of weekly working reports and monthly expense reports.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental practitioners, clinics, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Business, Science, or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' proven experience in Dental Implants sales is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Proficient working knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage clients.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as per business requirements.
