This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and contribute to a dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who can assist in full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
  2. Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees and interns, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  3. Maintain, update, and organize HR databases, records, and documentation, promoting efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Provide daily operational support to the HR department, handling administrative tasks with precision.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills, enabling efficient management of multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a focus on accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality, with a commitment to upholding organizational standards.
