Compliance Professional for Enterprise Security

The role of an Associate Compliance Manager involves embedding security, privacy, and governance into all aspects of the organization's operations, from product development to partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure Privacy by Design is integrated into every layer.
  • Lead the implementation of structured playbooks, automation, and mentorship support for ISO 27001/27701, SOC2, GDPR, and DPDP practices.
  • Maintain real-time dashboards, clear risk registers, and executive visibility to inform strategic decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 8-12 years of experience across Privacy, InfoSec, or Compliance.
  • Expertise in GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001/27701, SOC2, and relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and product teams.

A key aspect of this position is driving enterprise security and compliance initiatives that foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation within the organization.
