Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Data Governance Professional to oversee our enterprise-wide data governance initiatives and lead the implementation of our data intelligence platform.

This is a strategic role that involves designing governance frameworks, driving adoption, and ensuring trusted data for analytics, compliance, and AI initiatives.

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation and administration of the data management platform across the enterprise, as well as partnering with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer the data management platform across the enterprise.
  • Design and configure the operating model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
  • Build and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.
  • Integrate the platform with Snowflake, Informatica, Tableau, Azure, SAP, and other platforms via APIs/connectors.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and other governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the data management platform, including configuration, workflow design, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise with data management APIs, BPMN, and scripting (Groovy, JavaScript).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale data management deployments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
