We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer to develop and scale our enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize complex data pipelines using cloud-based tools such as AWS Glue, Airflow, Databricks, StreamSets, and Snowflake.
  • Architect scalable data architectures with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including Redshift, Lambda, S3, and Athena, while leveraging Spark, Kafka, and Hive for processing.
  • Create robust data schemas and ensure compliance with industry standards for data governance and security.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with analysts and data scientists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Optimize database queries and implement role-based access control and identity access management to ensure the highest level of security best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Programming Languages: Python (primary), SQL (expert), Java (good-to-have)
  • Platforms: AWS (Glue, Redshift, RDS, Lambda, S3), Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka
  • Tools: Airflow, StreamSets, DBT
  • Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, Hive, HBase
  • Strong experience in data modeling, governance, and compliance is essential.
  • A proven track record in end-to-end project delivery and enterprise data integration is required.
