Job Title: Compliance Specialist

The role of a Compliance Specialist involves ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.

This position requires a professional with expertise in regulatory guidelines, risk management, and audit support. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and implementing relevant regulations, as well as conducting regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments.

The Compliance Specialist will assist in drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits. This role is critical to ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

Requirements:
  • CA (Inter), CS, or MBA (Finance) degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, FEMA, AML, and other financial regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
