Government Business Lead Job Description

This role oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive government business strategy to drive growth and revenue.

  • Determine and prioritize new business opportunities within the government sector.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify potential areas for expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key government stakeholders to enhance our company's reputation and influence decision-making processes.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the government or public sector.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and policies.
