About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our secretarial function, you will ensure that we comply with all relevant laws and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle compliances including SEBI, Companies Act, RBI, NBFC, and Core Investment Company requirements.
  • Manage secretarial functions, foreign direct investments, overseas investments, fund raising, joint ventures, and business restructuring.
  • Act as a liaison between the Secretarial function and other teams, shareholders, and senior management.
  • Liaise with external regulators, lawyers, auditors, and stock exchanges.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure good governance and efficient management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Company Secretary with a reputable organization.
  • 3 years of experience working with a listed company.
  • Experience in conducting Board/ Committee/ General meetings, executing corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with corporate law.
  • Proficient in secretarial documentation.

Education:

  • Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
