Corporate Governance Professional

We are seeking an experienced corporate governance professional to oversee compliance and legal affairs for our organization.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to corporate laws, manage shareholder communications, and coordinate with internal teams and external regulators.

  • Advise senior management on compliance and secretarial matters.
  • Ensure event-based and annual compliance with Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, and other relevant laws.
  • Oversee financial statement verification, statutory audits, and handle auditor queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review corporate documents (agreements, policies, resolutions, minutes, etc.).
  • Organize meetings, AGMs, and other corporate events (including hybrid and paperless formats).
  • Manage ESOP/ESPS compliance under SEBI regulations and shareholder grievance resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, governance, and compliance.
