Job Title: Credit Control and Governance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control and Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workflow and tasks of credit control monitoring, data quality, and governance.

The key responsibilities of this role include identifying payments received and allocating them to relevant business partners, liaising with internal teams to identify and allocate payments, and allocating invoice payments, ILU/IRMA payments, Fastclose payments, claim refund payments, and unallocated payments.

Additional Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for reconciling statements received from external sources, agreeing on EBOT/MMT statements, Fastclose accounts, and quarterly FIRA bordereau, validating entries processed and creating adhoc statements for business partners, monitoring large debt and chasing business partners for payment, and sending out monthly statements to business partners.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
