Job Title: Senior BIM Technician

The role of Senior BIM Technician involves utilizing Autodesk/Bentley software to create detailed and accurate bridge design and construction drawings. This includes following project specifications, engineering standards, and codes.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and provide technical support during the design and construction phases of bridge projects.

You will also be responsible for creating 3D models and visualizations of bridge structures to assess design feasibility and communicate ideas to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will prepare and update 3D model and drawings as needed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established project deadlines.

Other responsibilities include conducting regular reviews of designs and identifying any discrepancies or errors, providing suggestions for improvements and modifications when necessary.

Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of engineering reports, proposals, and specifications related to bridge design and construction.

Lastly, you will maintain a comprehensive archive of all CAD files and project documentation, ensuring that they are easily accessible and organized for future reference.
