Job Title: Advanced Semiconductor Design Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished semiconductor design specialist to lead the development of high-performance silicon chips and memory-related software.

About the Role

  • This is a key position in our organization, responsible for advancing the efficiency and performance of CMOS non-volatile memory technologies.
  • You will drive innovation in memory design with a focus on performance, power, and density.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop innovative designs for CMOS embedded non-volatile memories, including MRAM and RRAM.
  2. Create circuits focused on high speed, low power, and high density.
  3. Perform schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, layout supervision, and design verification.
  4. Collaborate with CAD and Frontend teams for memory compiler automation, EDA model generation, and verification flows.
  5. Drive physical layout design and verification processes.
  6. Provide technical support and perform other tasks as required.

What We Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CMOS memory design (NVM or SRAM), circuit simulation, layout design, parasitic extraction, and layout verification/debugging.
  • Fundamental knowledge of analog circuits such as charge pumps, voltage regulators, current mirrors, voltage/current references, and comparators is preferred.
  • Programming skills in C-Shell or Perl.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Experience in preparing technical documents, reports, or presentations across varied assignments.
