Job Title: Advanced Analytics Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced data expert to drive business growth through advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building ML models, data analysis, and deploying cloud-based solutions.

  • Design and implement ML models and data pipelines using GCP tools such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Dataflow.
  • Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and model tuning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Deploy models in production, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

- Strong experience with GCP services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Expertise in large datasets, data preprocessing, and visualization tools.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD, and version control tools (Git, Jenkins).

- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and performance metrics.

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is required.
