Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our global user base.
About the Role:
This is a live chat-intensive role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be working closely with our product development team to resolve complex issues and provide high-quality support to our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer queries via live chat and email, guiding users through platform features, maintaining a knowledge base, and troubleshooting product issues using internal tools and resources.
You will also be responsible for tracking recurring issues and contributing to support process improvements. Your ability to manage multiple chat threads simultaneously and maintain clear, empathetic communication with a global audience is crucial to this role.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in live chat and email support roles
- Excellent written English and strong professional communication skills
- Prior experience supporting a SaaS product or FinTech platform is highly preferred
