
Managerial Support Professional

About this Role:
This is a managerial and support role that involves managing content banks, overseeing a large number of subject matter experts, and collaborating with other administrators as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing high-quality content banks for assessments
- Creating engaging content: multiple-choice questions in English, Hindi, and other languages
- Content bank management: structuring, designing, and setting quality standards for writing and reviewing content in respective domains
- Tracking inventory and maintaining optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects
SME Management:
- Defining selection criteria and strategy
- Monitoring SME performance quality
- Training and developing SME pools in different domains/subjects
Test Designing and Coordination:
- Creating test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets
Additional Responsibilities:
- Supporting lead administrator in delivering projects and other requirements as per organizational needs
- Post-exam question analysis and reporting to higher management
Requirements:
- Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
- Broader understanding of the education system in India and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
- Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation, including test designs/blueprints and question development
- Good command over English, both written and spoken
- Good command over spoken Hindi
