Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support to our users and create valuable resources for internal use on our software system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical support services to clients.
  • Develop comprehensive support articles on software features.
  • Design intuitive systems and create support guides for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare details for new feature development.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders regarding product development or project requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software/product-related roles (preferably).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent report writing and research skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible, and diligent work ethic.
  • Passion for software products and researching new technologies.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle remote work and set personal goals.
  • Proficiency in Excel & Word.
